Shop Policy

Made-To-Order 

All of our furniture, and even some of our home goods, are made-to-order. This means that we make each product when the purchase is placed. Each piece of furniture has its own timeline of completion, but you can generally expect our furniture to ship within 4-6 weeks.

Our home goods generally ship within 3-7 business days.

 

Care Instructions

Caring for your new domenic fiorello studio purchase is pretty simple. We finish all our products with lacquer and/or conversion varnish. These finishes should only be cleaned with chemical free cleaners. Our top 3 choices are listed below.

Earth Friendly Products Wood Polish | spray it into a soft rag or paper towel and simply wipe down surfaces.

Method Daily Wood Cleaner | spray it into a soft rag or paper towel and simply wipe down surfaces.

Howard's Feed and Wax | this one is not a daily cleaner. It offers a fresh luster if your furniture needs it. Pour a quarter-sized dollop into a lint-free rag and wipe your piece down. Let it sit for a while, the longer the better, then buff it out with a fresh lint-free rag.

 

Shipping 

All of our furniture is delivered by crate or by us. Customers that are more than a few hours away from our studio in Cleveland, Ohio will receive their product(s) in a crate. These crates are delivered by third party LTL trucking companies. Our standard delivery is called "threshold" meaning the crate will be delivered to the first dry room of a home if accessible. This is usually a garage.

White glove delivery is also available upon request, which includes delivery to the room of your choice and removal of all packaging. Don't hesitate to inquire about these services.

 

Damages | Repairs

We take great care in packaging your products, and it's very rare that damage occurs during shipping. We also fully insure every item that leaves our shop. So, if you do happen to receive a damaged product, please make sure that it is noted on the Proof of Delivery. Photographs of the damaged crate, as well as the damaged products are necessary to get you a replacement or repair. Our customers are never responsible for any additional shipping or replacement costs as long as these steps are taken.
